Return policy

You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is our 30-day money-back guarantee, and it goes beyond the 14-day withdrawal period required by law.

How to return your order

1. Email us at torsique@gmail.com with your name, order number and the reason for your return, or fill in our withdrawal form.
2. We reply with the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back, as parcels sent to another address cannot be processed.
3. Send the product back with a courier of your choice within 30 days after notifying us, and keep your proof of shipment.

Condition of the product

Please handle the product with care. Return it clean and complete, with all accessories, in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging with the labels attached.

Return shipping costs

Only the costs of returning the product are your responsibility. These depend on the courier you choose. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

We refund the amount due, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving notice of your return, provided the product is returned in good condition. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or you have shown proof that you have sent it back. Refunds are made using your original payment method.

Orders above €100

For orders with a total value of more than €100, the refund is issued as store credit, unless a refund to the original payment method is required by mandatory consumer protection law. Store credit is personal, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for future purchases on our website. See section 17 of our terms and conditions.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at torsique@gmail.com as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt. Include your order number and a photo of the product, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
